Popsicles are the perfect treat to have after a long day of school, work, or just to treat yourself. Below are three delicious flavors. Enjoy!
Raspberry Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 can of frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
- 48 oz lemon-lime soda I used Sprite, just fill up the empty lemonade concentrate can 4 times
- Fresh raspberries larger ones halved
- Popsicle mold
- Popsicle sticks
Directions
- Pour thawed lemonade concentrate into a large pitcher.
- Add lemon-lime soda and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle some raspberries into each popsicle mold, and pour in the lemonade mixture.
- Leave about a 1/4" of room from the top of the molds, to allow for expansion when freezing.
- Place lid on popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Place popsicle molds in freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Blueberries and Cream
Ingredients
- 12 oz Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 C Water
- 3/4 C Sugar, divided
Directions
- In a blender, add the blueberries, water, and 1/4 cup of sugar. Blend until smooth.
- In a large bowl, gently whisk together the heavy whipping cream and remaining 1/2 cup of sugar, until all the sugar has dissolved.
- Alternate pouring the blueberries and cream into popsicle molds until all the mixtures have been used. Freeze for at least 4 hours, then remove from molds, wrap each popsicle in wax paper and place in a plastic bag for storage in the freezer.

Watermelon Kiwi
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cups seedless watermelon cubes
- 3 kiwi peeled and sliced
- 4 teaspoons sugar optional, amount may vary based on your kiwi
Directions
- Put the watermelon cubes in a blender, and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour watermelon into popsicle molds, filling each one about two-thirds full.
- Place sticks in the molds and freeze until watermelon is firm, about 2 hours.
- Place the kiwi and sugar in the blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Pour the kiwi mixture into the popsicle molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours.
